The champaca flower has an ancient lineage. It is part of the magnolia family (Magnoliaceae), which has existed for 100 million years, flowering when dinosaurs roamed the earth and predating humans by millions of years. It serves as a relic of a time pre-history and presents an entirely unique scent profile, one that is rich, intoxicating, and heady.
Conversely, Iso E Super was only discovered 50 years ago, yet it has an innate ability to transform perfumery materials plucked from the natural world, creating space, radiance, and a distinct sense of texture. The effect Iso E Super has is cocooning and expansive, creating a vibrant and velvety trail. It’s simply a material unlike any other.
For M+ Champaca, Geza Schoen was inspired by red champaca absolute – a material of immense complexity. A rare and prized material, red champaca is a distillation of a multifaceted bloom, with rich facets of jasmine, greenery, and citrus fruits, making for an immersive and luxurious olfactory experience.

Molecule + Champaca opens punchy and bright, with natural facets of tropical and citrus fruits. A hit of pepper crackles atop a wave of mouth-watering peach, just like the first bite of a ripe fruit freshly plucked from the tree.
